This tool is designed to assist in making decisions about tasks and their timing. After inputting a task, it categorizes it in a matrix, providing a clear overview of actions to take, whether it’s completing the task, making a decision, assigning it to someone else, or removing it altogether. While the standard matrix offers four action choices, such as do, decide, delegate, or delete, I believe that certain tasks may necessitate waiting for more information or seeking assistance. Therefore, I have expanded the action options to include ‘wait and see’ and ‘ask for help.’
